A role in IT Account Management and Business Analysis will closely draw on your ability to successfully engage with our business functions, to scope and design mission critical solutions with an advanced portfolio of applications at your fingertips.

Our Technology Architecture team is the epicentre of IT, and sets the standard for how our global enterprise will evolve within an ever changing technology landscape.

If you join us as part of our IT Delivery team then we will be relying on your ability to project manage solutions into our business – on time and to the expected quality – to make sure that our business functions benefit from new innovations through the deployment of IT solutions.

Global IT services runs and maintains our estate, 24/7, 365 days a year across all of British American Tobacco's global locations and is a hugely fascinating hardware and software environment for any IT professional to work within.
